We recommend Fortumo (entire world) or Multimobil (Sweden). Fortumo is doing an excellent job and has an easy setup.
Sweden has free keywords at Multimobil. At Fortumo a keyword is free in the entire world but if you want the keyword “Myname” they add the extension TXT before the keyword so it becomes “TXT Myname” but on the other hand it´s free and you can always upgrade to a real keyword at Fortumo.
